March was full of fun
and friends! We got to celebrate Easter with our cousins, Isabella & Sienna
AND with our friends, the Sosa's! It was awesome! Mom & Dad went with Adrian
& Mandi to see "Wicked" while they were here, too. Mom also went with her
friends Chelle & Michele to her favorite spa in Rancho Mirage to celebrate
the upcoming birth of Michele's new baby. We also started meeting the
construction people to get the kitchen fixed after our fire in January. It's
going to be a while, but they are replacing all the cabinets, counters, and
floors. Stay tuned! Owen kept busy with school and his friends this month. He comes home every day with a new story about what happened on the playground. He has become very interested in "Magic Tree House" books and is tearing through them at a blistering pace. It does this Mom/former teacher's heart well to hear him ask, "Mom, can I stay up a little later to read?" YES YOU CAN!! Payton had a fun-filled month. Besides getting to play with her friends at school and going to dance class (a big favorite), she had her best friends, Bella & Ally, here to play with! Mom & Dad met with Payton's teacher this month for conferences and boy has she got them fooled! Her teacher told us that she'd take her home with her if she could. I told her, "You'd bring her back!!!" I guess we can just be glad she's sweet and kind at school and saves all the whining and crabbiness for us at home! Quinn is a wild man. He likes to have himself a good time as evidenced by his actions at Kate's birthday party! He is a mischievous little guy, but he sure is fun! He enjoyed dyeing Easter eggs as long as the snacks held out and then he was done. He liked hunting eggs, though. His technique for placing them in the basket left a little to be desired. His method of choice was to throw them in. So, we always knew when he found one...."crack!". Enjoy! |
