June
was a fun month around here! We finished up school and got to go play at
the river with family & friends. Daddy went to visit Luke in Virginia
but thankfully, there is no evidence (oops! I mean pictures!).
Owen officially
became a first grader this month! He doesn't have to wait too long as he
starts on July 3rd thanks to year-round school. His class had a musical
concert the last week of school and now he's walking around the house
singing constantly. Owen helped Papa catch several fish at the river,
too. He's quite the fisherman.
Payton finished
her first year of preschool this month. She also went to the dentist for
the first time. She was very entertained watching Mommy go first, but
was a little uneasy about taking her turn in the chair. So, all we
accomplished was getting her teeth "counted". It's a start!
Quinn found
numerous ways to amuse himself and us this month. His new favorite thing
is looking at us from between his legs. He thinks it's a riot. Quinn
also got to accompany Mom to several activities in Owen's class for the
end of the year. He has become a mascot of sorts for the class. They all
like to hug him and say hi to him, but he's always looking for Owen.
