December was a whirlwind of birthdays, holidays, and family and we loved every second! Great-Gramma Bierce and Great-Aunt Judy were here for Christmas and Uncle Bryan, Aunt Missy, Isabella, & Sienna came the day after.

Owen had a pretty mellow month. He went off-track after Thanksgiving until January, so he enjoyed a nice long vacation. He did have to help Mom Christmas shop, but he muddled through.  In every store he managed to find something else to add to his Christmas list.

Payton was a social butterfly this month. Aside from all the fun of the holidays, she went to 2 "girls only" birthday parties and had a ball at both. She can be a girly girl with the best of 'em that's for sure. She is fortunate to have two brothers who also teach her that girly girls can wrestle, too!

Quinn is an active little guy who doesn't sit still for long. He really enjoyed the carriage ride at the Mission Inn, but he wanted to climb all over and check out the horse. He is curious about everything. Eating out with Quinn is entertaining as well since he doesn't have a volume control. Being the 3rd child, he has learned that he has to be louder to be heard. But, being 19 months old, doesn't realize when to whisper (or how!). We're working on it!
