Payton's school went on a field trip to the pumpkin patch in Oak Glen. It was about 20 degrees colder up there than it was at home, so no one was really prepared! The kids were shivering and there was a lot of hot apple cider being passed around. Fortunately, this pumpkin patch also grows apples. The kids got to taste a lot of different kinds of apples and go out into the pumpkin patch and choose their own pumpkin. They were very quick about choosing as they were so cold. Next year, we'll check the weather!!
